Shipping & Returns

We want every CranberryLand order to arrive safely and for you to feel confident about your purchase. Below you’ll find information about order processing, shipping, returns, exchanges and damaged or lost packages.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during the busy holiday season.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All CranberryLand orders include tracking.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually shipped with Canada Post, although CranberryLand may use another carrier when it offers a more suitable service for the destination.

Delivery times are estimates only. CranberryLand is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Before returning an item, please contact Liette at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com to receive return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must be shipped with tracking.

For exchanges requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer before the refund appears in your account.

Sale items are eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions as regularly priced items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact Liette at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com and include clear photos of the item, its packaging and the shipping label.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, CranberryLand will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

Lost Packages and Delivery Issues

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, CranberryLand will replace the order or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact CranberryLand promptly. We will open an investigation with the carrier and review the available delivery information. A replacement or refund may be declined if the carrier confirms that the package was correctly delivered to the address provided.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact Liette as soon as possible at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, the full amount paid, including shipping charges, will be refunded. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the regular return policy will apply.
