Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Before returning an item, please contact us at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All returns must be shipped with tracking, and customers should keep their shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been received and processed.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply to the return.
For exchanges requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Sale items may be returned or exchanged under the same conditions as regularly priced items.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging;
- a photo of the shipping label.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require it when processing a damage claim.
If the item was damaged in transit or CranberryLand sent the wrong product, CranberryLand will cover the cost of the return or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the full amount paid, including shipping charges, will be refunded. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the regular return policy will apply.
