What are CranberryLand Christmas village houses made of?

CranberryLand houses are made from sturdy paperboard and feature original watercolor illustrations by Liette Gariépy. Translucent windows allow LED lighting placed inside the house to create a warm glow.

How do I set up a CranberryLand house?

Simply unfold the house, place the roof on top and arrange it in your Christmas display. No complicated assembly is required. When the holidays are over, remove the roof and fold the house flat for easy storage.

Can I add lights inside the houses?

Yes. CranberryLand houses are designed with small openings that allow you to place LED lights inside. The light shines through the translucent windows, creating a warm glow and bringing the illustrated details to life.

For safety, we recommend using LED lights only, as they produce very little heat.

How do I store the houses after Christmas?

Remove the roof and gently fold the house flat. Because the houses are designed to collapse into a compact shape, they take up far less storage space than traditional ceramic Christmas village houses.

Store them in a dry place, protected from moisture and excessive pressure, so they are ready to enjoy again the following year.

Are CranberryLand houses handmade?

Each CranberryLand design begins with an original watercolor illustration by Liette Gariépy. The folding structure is developed specifically for the design, and the houses are assembled and finished by hand using sturdy paperboard.

Because of this handcrafted process, slight variations may occur from one piece to another.

Can I build my CranberryLand village over time?

Absolutely. CranberryLand is designed as a growing Christmas village. You can begin with a single house and add new homes, shops, characters and winter scenes over the years.

Because every piece belongs to the same illustrated world, new additions blend naturally with the rest of your collection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. CranberryLand ships to a number of international destinations.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees that may apply in their country.

For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

How long does it take to prepare and ship an order?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be slightly longer during the busy holiday season.

Can I return or exchange a CranberryLand item?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For complete details, please see our Refund Policy.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cranberrylandshop@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging and the shipping label. Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require it when processing a damage claim.

If the damage occurred during shipping, CranberryLand will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?

We do our best to photograph and present CranberryLand products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting conditions.

Because each design is based on original watercolor artwork and includes hand-finished elements, small variations may also occur from one piece to another.

How should I care for my CranberryLand houses?

Keep your CranberryLand houses in a dry indoor location and avoid exposure to moisture, direct heat or open flames.

Use LED lights only inside the houses, and handle the paperboard gently when unfolding, folding and storing each piece. With proper care, your village can be enjoyed for many Christmas seasons.
